Verona Airport has a genuinely useful direct option: ATV's line 164 shuttle bus connects the airport straight to the eastern shore of Lake Garda, calling at Peschiera, Lazise, Bardolino and Garda — no train change needed. A seasonal service, line 482, adds extra high-season capacity on the same corridor. Alternatively, ATV's line 199 Airlink bus connects the airport to Verona Porta Nuova railway station every 20 minutes, from where Trenitalia trains reach Desenzano and Peschiera del Garda directly.
